We offer a Lifetime buy-back on all purchases made from Ayra within India. You can return the product along with the original certificate for buy-back, based on its current market value. Deductions of 15% overall and Rs.500 for return shipping apply. If you can't provide the original certificate, we'll send the diamond jewellery to the lab for recertification, with shipping and certification costs borne by you. Our quality check team will review your returned product.

For GIA / IGI solitaires, the diamonds will be verified by the respective lab, with charges communicated accordingly. If any coupon, discount, or promo codes were used during the original purchase, the exchange amount will be adjusted accordingly.

All our jewellery is made in either 18k or 14k gold.

We ethically source all our natural diamonds, following the Kimberley process. Natural diamonds are sorted, graded, and certified by a third-party laboratory for authenticity.

Yes, COD is available at selected pincodes for orders under ₹49,999. Check availability during checkout.

Delivery times depend on the product and shipping address. We aim to dispatch all orders promptly, with a general dispatch time of 2-3 business days for items in stock and 10-15 working days for items out of stock. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 1-2 working days for metros, 2-3 working days for mini-metros, and 4-5 working days for other locations.

We work with trusted international logistics partners specializing in fine jewellery shipping. Your order will arrive in a tamper-proof package. If you suspect tampering, please don't accept the package.
