Can I exchange a product if it's the wrong size?

Certainly, we're happy to resize your item within 15 days of receiving it. Just let us know within 10 days of purchase if resizing is needed. Please ensure the ring is unworn. Resizing is complimentary, but if additional natural diamonds or gold are required, we'll inform you of any charges. How do I return a defective or incorrect piece?

While we ensure stringent quality checks, if a defect occurs, we'll replace it promptly after inspection. Reach out to us via email atĀ info@ayrafinejewellery.comĀ or WhatsApp atĀ +91 91366 77419Ā with a photograph of the damaged/incorrect piece. Apologies for the inconvenience.

What's your Lifetime Buy-back Policy?

We offer a Lifetime buy-back on all purchases made from Ayra within India. You can return the product along with the original certificate for buy-back, based on its current market value. Deductions of 15% overall and Rs.500 for return shipping apply. If you can't provide the original certificate, we'll send the diamond jewellery to the lab for recertification, with shipping and certification costs borne by you. Our quality check team will review your returned product.
For GIA / IGI solitaires, the diamonds will be verified by the respective lab, with charges communicated accordingly. If any coupon, discount, or promo codes were used during the original purchase, the exchange amount will be adjusted accordingly.

Do you offer return or exchange for goods purchased?

We do not offer exchange or returns.
We only offer returns in case u receive a defective or incorrect piece. Kindly contact us within 5 days of receiving the defective or incorrect piece. We aim to ship the corrected piece within 15 days.
