Ayra offers free shipping on all items within India.

Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes, COD is available at selected pincodes for orders under ₹49,999. Check availability during checkout.

When will my AYRA product arrive?

Delivery times depend on the product and shipping address. We aim to dispatch all orders promptly, with a general dispatch time of 2-3 business days for items in stock and 10-15 working days for items out of stock. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 1-2 working days for metros, 2-3 working days for mini-metros, and 4-5 working days for other locations.

How is delivery handled?

We work with trusted international logistics partners specializing in fine jewellery shipping. Your order will arrive in a tamper-proof package. If you suspect tampering, please don't accept the package.

Can I change the shipping address after placing an order?

You can change the shipping address until your order is ready to be shipped. Contact us via email at info@ayrafinejewellery.com. Once dispatched, we can't make changes.

Are there shipping charges for repairs and returns?

Resizing within 10 days of purchase is free; beyond that, a Rs 500 shipping charge applies.

Does AYRA deliver internationally?

Currently, we deliver only within India. Global delivery is in progress, so stay tuned!
